New CEO for the New Zealand Forklift Industry Association

Rodney Grant has been appointed as the new chief executive officer of the New Zealand Forklift Industry Association.

“Rodney brings a range of skills and experience to the table,” says NZFIA president Dexter Hyland. “His broad understanding of the hire market is based on his wide professional background in the civil construction, hire, irrigation, plumbing and drainage market segments. Additionally, his sales background, customer relationships and leadership qualities are valuable to the development of the business and central to maintaining and developing strong customer relationships. Rodney has experience in the planning and implementation of business improvement models, market positioning, quality, health and safety and procedural requirements.”

Grant‘s role officially started on 1 February and he has been transitioning into the role working alongside current CEO Phil Tindle, who will finish at the NZFIA at the end of February.
