The Big Rigs will take centre stage at Tui Brewery this month with the return of the popular Tui Truck Stop Show & Shine to Mangatainoka on Sunday 24 March 2024.

Trucks are expected to come from far and wide for the annual truck show – a highlight on the Aotearoa New Zealand trucking calendar. The day provides an impressive display of big rigs for drivers, owners, truck lovers and families to admire.

The 2023 event attracted over 200 trucks from around the country. Event organiser Jesse Robinson said, “We’re all really excited about bringing the Tui Truck Show back to the Brewery this month, and the team are gearing up for an epic weekend.

“This event just gets better and better, and showcases some of the finest trucks in New Zealand. It’s going to be a great day out, and we’re looking forward to welcoming people from around the region to come and check out the displays and enjoy the entertainment,” Robinson said.

Tayla Hemopo of the Tui Brewery added, “This year we have changed it up a little, there are less categories, which means better prizes up for grabs. Our greatest prize haul to date! Trevor Jackson of Jackson Enterprises has made a one-of-a-kind wood burner, Rochelle will also be back this year and once again is offering a unique painting of our Star of the Show rig. Plus loads more amazing prizes. We can’t wait to present these awesome prizes to the winners.”

The event kicks off at 11am. Entry is free for spectators, and registration for truckies is $10 for an individual or $30 for a fleet of three or more. All registrations will be online this year to cut out the paperwork so pre-register via the link below.

There will be live music, brewery tours, great food, cold beer and other refreshments. Trucks are invited to join the convoys departing from the Woodville Railway Station at 10am and Pahiatua Post Office Hotel at 10.15am.
