When operating a large fleet with complex servicing needs, time is critical and getting trucks back on the road is vital to business success.

Bridgestone New Zealand has announced the introduction of BMobile, the company‘s latest tablet technology, bringing quick service and access to real-time data to ensure maximum operating efficiency.

Bridgestone New Zealand commercial business manager Jeremy Mackintosh said the new platform streamlines complex fleet servicing requirements and aims to save time and money.

“The goal of BMobile is essentially just to make the whole process of fleet management easier for our customers,” Mackintosh said.

“This platform gives increased visibility on tyre performance and life, enabling technicians to efficiently carry out work required.”

BMobile provides five key benefits: Live data; service level agreements; scheduling; invoicing and reporting; and enhanced OHS.

Technicians visiting depots now have real-time relevant servicing information, service level agreements, safety information and key contacts.

“With the rollout of BMobile, doing business with Bridgestone will now be easier than ever, and we believe it will assist our customers to operate more efficiently with less down time, while simultaneously maximising tyre life,” Mackintosh said.
