The Nelson branch of Commercial Vehicle Centre Ltd (CVC) has taken top honours in the Southpac Parts and Service Dealer awards for New Zealand. If that wasn‘t enough, parts manager at the branch, Andrew Dodson won the Parts Excellence award.

The awards are based on a combination of supplier performance assessment and customer feedback.

CVC general manager Lindsay Affleck said the awards were significant on a number of fronts. 

“The team in Nelson have put in a huge effort to build up that business from the time we bought it from Nelson Truck and Marine in 2009. Awards are not easy to win and they show a huge level of commitment on the part of the team and to our customers. It‘s gratifying because we‘re a business with a longstanding culture of ‘people first‘, both in terms of valuing our own team and our customers.”
