New Hino trucks traditionally receive a warranty service at the 5000km mark, however this is being done away with – to the benefit of the customer. 

This important warranty service, which has been required as part of the Hino warranty conditions, will now be integrated into the pre-delivery inspection before the truck is delivered to the customer. Hino NZ and Truckstops say this is to give a much better customer experience, simplify the process and align with industry standards

“The resulting changes will see the customer no longer having to pay the cost of the service or return the truck to the dealer so soon after the pre-delivery inspection, meaning less downtime and no cost to the customer. Far better for our customers!” Hino NZ has stated.
