Over-the-counter sales and enquiries are prohibited, but all enquiries via telephone or email are accepted. Pre-ordered parts can be dispatched via courier or uplifted from a nominated location.

Walk-in workshop requests are prohibited and customers must telephone the office for an appointment. All customers must complete the registration process via telephone prior to any work commencing. Vehicles will be sanitised before and after repairs. The after-hours workshop callout (027 293 1130) is still available.
