Proof of Delivery is now a breeze with Sign on Glass, one of five exciting new features from innovative transport management system company MyTrucking.

The Sign on Glass feature allows Proof of Delivery (POD) for operators and enables users to send a copy of this POD signature to customers straight away. This new feature is available in both the MyTrucking Apple and Android mobile apps.

Job management software, MyTrucking, is the brainchild of Wairarapa couple Sam and Sara Orsborn. The software has brought a new level of simplicity, automation and mobility to an increasing number of small- to medium-sized trucking businesses throughout Australasia. In a nutshell, it has replicated the tried and true diary system, online.

Other new features include the software integrating with GPS tracking programme EROAD, cracking the Holy Grail of delivering instantaneous cents per-truck-per-day revenue analysis.

As well, mobile app alerts are now available, meaning drivers get notifications when new jobs come in, or there are changes to current jobs. This feature saves owners and managers time and money by putting a stop to endless texts and phone calls.

The fourth new feature is a mobile app map, allowing drivers to easily and quickly open up a map on the app and see where the job location is.

Finally, the MyTrucking system is integrated with Burst SMS, so a text can be sent to the destination when the delivery is on its way.

All of these new features add extra value for MyTrucking users, streamlining the process and creating efficiencies for companies.

But MyTrucking is not finished there, with work under way on a customer portal. This will deliver the capability for users to allow their own clients and agents to add jobs to their MyTrucking account.
