Nick Allan has been appointed as the new general manager – aftersales, at CablePrice.

Based at CablePrice’s head office in Gracefield, Petone, Allan commenced the role on 1 November.

He brings more than 22 years of experience in the automotive industry and management.

A career that started as an A-grade auto technician before moving on to numerous management roles both national and international, with the most recent roles as service director for Scania New Zealand and as general manager for Trucks and Trailers.

“It was important to select a general manager who has a proven success record along with extensive industry knowledge and great customer understanding,” said CablePrice managing director Aidan Mahony.

“Nick will lead the CablePrice aftersales team as we continue to evolve our aftersales offering and improve our customer experience,” he said.

“We are excited to have attracted an experienced, high calibre leader. This appointment brings huge strength to our business and senior management team.”
