Ryco‘s Filter app developed from customers‘ feedback

Ryco Filters‘ recently released app for the New Zealand market has an impressive range of features that have been developed on the back of comprehensive customer feedback.

Designed for Android and iOS, the new app has been designed with a heavy focus on back end technology that collates and serves the data straight from the Ryco system and delivers the complete NZ Ryco catalogue into mechanics‘ hands.

“We have really concentrated on the user experience, going the extra mile to ensure the app delivers more functionality for our customers,” said marketing communications manager, Melissa Simpson. “Features include live daily updates, which are virtually invisible to the end user, resulting in the most up-to-date information at the touch of a button. Also included is a swiping feature to toggle between screens, refined segmented search options, and an alpha keypad to select a vehicle model to quicken the search.”

Users are able to ask questions or enquiries directly with the Ryco customer service team from 10am to 4pm weekdays via live Webchat.

A feature for busy mechanics is the personalised version of the app which also allows the user to log in, create an account and begin saving favourite searches, part numbers or cross references.

The app is available for download via the iTunes App Store, or Google Play.
