Straitline has implemented contactless pickup/delivery and measure/install services, so can provide its full range of services to all customers at alert level 3. The company is also taking a number of precautions onsite to reduce staff interactions, and non-essential staff will continue to work from home. 

However, the Straitline site remains closed to the public (expect essential service customers) until the alert level is reduced to level 2. This includes supplier reps, however calls or booked video calls are welcome. 

Straitline has a contactless drop-off service for couriers and transport freight.
