Toyo Tyre & Rubber Australia Limited has today announced the appointment of YHI (New Zealand) Limited as the distributor for its range of consumer tyres in New Zealand.

The announcement comes as Toyo also confirms that the distribution arrangement with Nationwide Accessories has come to an end.

Toyo‘s arrangement with YHI NZ will see its renowned range of quality car, SUV and light van tyres marketed across the wholesaler‘s sales and distribution network effective immediately.

YHI NZ will also continue as distributor for Nitto tyres (a Toyo Tires brand) in New Zealand.

“We feel privileged to be selected as the New Zealand distributor of Toyo and are excited to add this prestigious brand to our product range,” says Chris Talbot, managing director of YHI (New Zealand) Ltd.

“Initial stocks of some Toyo patterns are arriving now, and our stocks will steadily build over the next couple of months. We look forward to introducing the new Toyo range to the market.”
