“I see purpose in every industry, the need for meaning that people have at all levels of an organisation is a very basic human need. It goes back to human psychology. We can go several days without food, we can go far less time without water, but there have been studies, which have been showing that we cannot go more than 30 seconds without trying to figure out the meaning of something,” explains White.
