Scania New Zealand has announced it will end its long-standing relationship with approved service dealer CablePrice.

The relationship will officially cease in August 2022 due to a two-year notice period as part of the termination.

“We would like to thank CablePrice for the service it has provided to Scania‘s New Zealand network and look forward to continuing this relationship through to August 2022,” says Scania New Zealand managing director Mattias Lundholm.

Lundholm says Scania customers will experience a seamless transition to new servicing arrangements, and it will be ‘business as usual‘ with CablePrice dealerships for the immediate future.

“Throughout this transition period our customers will also continue to be well supported by Scania‘s dedicated team of independent dealers across our existing network,” says Lundholm.

Lundholm says Scania New Zealand is about to enter a very exciting period.

“Scania‘s renowned quality customer service remains our top priority. We will be making a further announcement very soon to provide more information and timelines around Scania‘s future presence in New Zealand.

“It is time for us to take things to the next level. Scania is a premium brand with a focus on customer service and delivery to match. We are moving forward with great anticipation and confidence.”

In the meantime, if customers have any questions or enquiries, they can contact Lundholm directly at Mattias.Lundholm@scania.co.nz.
